Monthly Creative Meetup: Kitty Purr

ABOUT THE EVENT

Kitty Purr is a monthly meetup that is all about mixing poetry with visual art while making new friends in a relaxed and friendly space. It’s a chance to learn, explore, and have fun while trying out new things. Inspired by the vintage ‘Poesie album’ this visual poetry project started in search of giving new meaning to poetry albums. Now it’s up to you to decide what it’s supposed to be!

With every monthly meetup, we want to inspire you with a program where we will explore visual art and poetry through literature, writing, and drawing. Every night will have an in-depth workshop with a special theme and guest artist.

Upcoming dates:

  • November 13th – with origami enthousiast Naveen Setty & illustrator Lisette Spee hosting the workshop.
  • December 4th – TBA

 

Did you just discover Kitty Purr? And it will be your first time joining? That’s ok, you can join the meetups anytime! You can just walk in, no ticket needed. Doors open at 19:00, with the program starting at 19:30. Enjoy a workshop led by our guest artist, dive into creativity, and connect with others. The night concludes with a moment for reflection and sharing your thoughts.
