ABOUT THE EVENT
The aim of this workshop is to provide useful and theoretical information to help international students, expats and international families in Breda, ensuring they are prepared for cycling in Breda and the Netherlands.
The workshop will consist of:
a) teaching general information about the Dutch cycling culture and history
b) rules of the road
c) good practice and behaviours
d) right of way laws
Time in the ‘classroom’ will allow participants to gain a detailed understanding of the rules and theory associated with (safe) cycling in the Netherlands. During the interactive workshop attendees are free to ask any related questions and join into the discussion.
Blom verkeerschool, Breda Internationals, City of Breda, International School Breda, Breda University of Applied Sciences, Avans and ESN Breda.
There is no fee to attend, but you must register for 1 of the 2 rounds. Deadline for registration is 3 days prior to the event. When signing up, your seat is officially confirmed. The costs are covered for you, therefore we find it essential if you are unable to attend (but registered) that you inform us a.s.a.p to set your seat free again to another international. Please send an email to deregister or for any questions to breda.internationals@breda.nl.
